According to Article 2 of the Regulations on the Administration of Readily Controlled Substances, the State Council agreed to add α-phenylacetoacetic acid methyl ester, α-acetoacetanilide, 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone glycidic acid and 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone glycidic ester to the Catalogue of Classification and Varieties of Readily Controlled Substances in the Schedule of the Regulations on the Administration of Readily Controlled Substances as Class II Readily Controlled Substances Chemicals, the addition of phenylacetonitrile, γ-butyrolactone for the third category of easily controlled chemicals.
